One thing that makes this area so attractive is its location. It's situated on the edge of Hutchinson Island which allows you to enjoy gorgeous views while living right next door to downtown West Palm Beach.

There is a thriving community of artists in the area, and most people living there would be able to walk to work or school within an hour if they wanted to (though most can't because it's such a small town). It's only 30 minutes away from downtown West Palm Beach which means that you'll have access to all sorts of fun activities like movie theaters! The Southend neighborhood in West Palm Beach has everything you could want out of life. With gorgeous views, close proximity to the ocean, a bustling artistic community, and plenty to do nearby, you'll find it hard not to fall in love with the place.

The Southend neighborhood is one of my favorite places on Earth because I can go from catching waves or playing golf at two different country clubs, all within five minutes without having to cross any major highways! It's also really close enough for me to walk all over downtown West Palm Beach when I need something extra like groceries or clothes shopping. There are always things going on around town; whether that be an art festival celebrating local artists' work, concerts by world-famous musicians coming into town for a show, lectures about what could happen if climate change continues as planned...the list goes on and on.
